The Alirio Muñoz Ortega Espresso features Pink Bourbon coffee from the farm Finca El Placer in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. This coffee is part of a collective effort towards sustainable, biodynamic agriculture. The coffee undergoes a detailed washing process and is sun-dried and shade-dried to ensure quality. This is the fourth year and fifth harvest season Subtext has worked with Alirio’s coffee.
