This honey coffee from Burundi is produced in the highlands of Kayanza. Local producers collect the cherries and take them to washing stations where they are processed. The result is a delicious coffee with black tea aroma and ripe citrus. It has notes of black tea with sweet orange, balanced and tasty acidity reminiscent of tangerine, with a medium and silky body and panela sweetness.
