It is pleasant in filter methods or long ratios like French press, and also works well with AeroPress. It is not recommended for espresso due to its intense acidity, but some enjoy it for its unique panela with lemon flavor. This coffee is excellent for cold brew, appealing to any palate, especially those who avoid the typical fermented flavors of natural process coffees.
