Grown in the hills of Caldono in Colombia’s Cauca region, this coffee is the result of a shared effort between seven small scale farmers who cultivate and process their coffee on their own family farms. The combination of mountain climate and clay rich soils helps develop coffees with smooth body, balanced acidity, and natural sweetness.
