This decaffeinated coffee from Colombia comes from Finca Las Flores in Pitalito, Huila. It is a Pink Bourbon, a variety that has gained international fame in the last decade for its genetic rarity and the cup profiles it offers. The Pink Bourbon is a natural hybrid between red and yellow Bourbon, grown at high altitudes, and in this case, under shade, which favors slow maturation and a greater concentration of sugars.
