This coffee comes from Luz Helena Salazar, a producer behind some of the most exciting coffees coming out of Colombia right now. It is a natural Caturra grown at Finca La Leona in Quindío. After harvest, the cherries undergo a controlled 45-hour aerobic fermentation and are then dried slowly.
