A washed regional blend from the area around Apia in Colombia's Coffee Cultural Landscape, under the climatic influence of the Tatama National Natural Park, selected for a clean, balanced cup with persistent sweetness. Produced with local growers under the technical direction of Agrotatama, the cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, oxidised for 18 hours, depulped and fermented for 12 hours, then mechanically dried over 5 days and stabilised for 15 days. Recommended for espresso and moka pot.
