This coffee comes from the award-winning cooperative in the tiny village of Banko Gotiti in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. It is processed by the traditional sun-dried natural method, where harvested cherries are sorted for ripeness, cleaned, and then placed on raised beds to dry.
