A naturally processed anaerobic coffee produced by Asefa Dukamo and processed at the Kurupe station in Sidama, Ethiopia. The lot comes from more than 20 smallholders farming high-altitude plots with relatively young trees within the traditional Sidama agroecological model. Cherries are selected for ripeness, fermented anaerobically in GrainPro bags for five days, then dried on raised beds.
