This specific lot is made of Ethiopian local landrace varieties and was grown from farmers that sell their coffee cherry to the Idido Ukitee washing station. It is a fully washed coffee that was dried in the sun on raised beds, allowing ample time to dry slowly and evenly, developing that classic Yirgacheffe profile.
