A naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the Chelchele washing station in Yirgacheffe, collected from hundreds of smallholders who mostly farm only 1 to 2 hectares each. The cherries are hand-picked and dried on raised beds for 15 to 20 days with regular turning for an even dry. Recommended for filter brewing.
