Fabian Munoz is a new producer in southern Huila. The coffee exhibits tasting notes of ripe strawberry, pink grapefruit, and rose hips. The processing involves hand-picking at peak ripeness, followed by floating, de-pulping, dry-fermentation for 48 hours, and drying on raised beds for 30 days.
