A washed green tip Gesha micro lot from Finca Eliza in the highlands of Loja, southern Ecuador, produced by Martin Kutsch at 1,740 meters. The cup is elegant and lifted with white florals, bergamot and soft stone fruit, a gentle citrus brightness and a refined, honey-like sweetness over a tea-like structure. Cherries are fermented in stages before and after pulping, then slowly dried on raised beds.
