This unique coffee is produced by Brayan Alvear at Las Palmas in the San Adolfo region of Colombia. It is a co‑ferment washed Caturra varietal that undergoes an extended co‑fermentation process. The cup experience is tropical, sweet and creamy, with a refreshing, sparkling character.
