A natural process Gesha from the Peterson family's Hacienda La Esmeralda in the highlands of Boquete, Panama, the estate widely credited with introducing Gesha to the global stage. Jasmine and orange blossom lead into layers of ripe tropical fruit, stone fruit sweetness and delicate citrus, with a silky, tea-like texture and a long finish. Ripe cherries were dried slowly around the seed to build depth and aromatic complexity.
