The Kiangai Wet Mill is located in the Kirinyaga region of central Kenya, at an altitude of 1700-1800 meters. Approximately 900 small-scale farmers belonging to the Kibirigwi cooperative bring ripe cherries for careful selection and processing. After pulping, the coffee undergoes density sorting and fermentation before being slowly dried on African beds.
