A washed coffee from smallholder families in San Manuel, in the southeast of Huila, an area within the Cafe de Huila denomination of origin. Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, fermented for 12 to 36 hours and dried on raised beds under cover to 10-11 percent moisture.
