A washed Pink Bourbon community micro lot from San Agustin in southern Huila, Colombia, produced by three growers: Hermilda Bolanos, Edwin Astudillo and Ilmer Ivan Gomez. Grown at 1,900 meters, the cup is layered and structured with blood orange sweetness, bright limeade acidity, soft stone fruit and caramel, finishing on raspberry and fresh lime. Cherries are depulped same-day, dry fermented 24 hours in tiled tanks, then dried on raised beds.
