Yemen, Java, Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea
Mokha Java is said to be the world’s oldest blend, combining the pungent, wild coffees of Yemen and the heavy bodied and smooth coffees of the island of Java. This version combines a big bodied Pacific Island coffee with a high quality washed Ethiopia roasted fairly dark for pungency, along with two other medium and light roasted natural and washed Ethiopias.
