Maria Ramirez Vargas is sourced from the T’Zun-Witz farm in Concepción Huista, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. The coffee is produced by Maria and her family, who are first-generation coffee producers and members of the Jakaltek people. The cherries are depulped on the same day they are picked and undergo a washed process.
