A washed Bourbon from the Mutanga washing station in Gitega, Burundi, grown by around 1,061 local smallholder farmers at 1,750 metres. The station, established in 2013, dries the coffee on 120 raised beds and works to ensure physical and sensory uniformity across each lot.
