A Gesha from the Ninety Plus Gesha Estate in Volcan Valley, Panama, produced using Joseph Brodsky's thermolic process, which uses solar heat to accelerate anaerobic fermentation. The cup has a deep red floral aroma with intense tropical fruit notes of stewed mango, mature pineapple and red cherry alongside dark chocolate, finishing long and intense. Grown without chemicals using natural spring and rainwater.
