An anaerobic honey Bourbon from the hills of Ninga in Muramvya, Burundi, produced in collaboration with the Long Miles Coffee Project at 2,000 meters. The cup is juicy and structured with orange and dried fruit layered over a rich raw honey sweetness, a vibrant rounded acidity and a smooth, syrupy texture. Cherries are pulped and fermented in sealed tanks before drying.
