A washed Geisha microlot (lot 929) produced by Janson Coffee, a long-established family farm in the Volcán Barú highlands of Chiriquí, Panama. The Janson family grows coffee on rich volcanic soils and cool microclimates, using selective hand-picking of ripe cherries and careful fermentation and drying. Janson Coffee has been recognized for its Geisha microlots since its origins as a family estate in the 1940s.
