Jiwaka, Waghi Valley, Papua New Guinea
A washed Arusha from Kindeng in the Waghi Valley of Jiwaka province, Papua New Guinea, grown by smallholder families on volcanic soils at 1,200 to 1,800 metres. Cherries are wet-milled at Kindeng, then the parchment is dry-milled at Monpi in Hagen for final processing. Recommended for filter brewing.
