Kenneth Plantation, Jiwaka, Papua New Guinea
A washed coffee from the Kenneth plantation in the Jiwaka region, an unusual origin grown between 1,400 and 2,000 metres. In filter it opens with a floral, jasmine-like fragrance moving toward milk chocolate and caramel, while in espresso it keeps the chocolate profile and gains body. Works well in both methods.
