The Sigri plantation was established in the 1950s by the Carpenter family. Located in the Wahgi Valley at an altitude of 1,600 meters, it features the Typica variety from Jamaica, rooted with the renowned Blue Mountain. The coffee is harvested manually and processed using a special fermentation method.
