A naturally processed single-origin coffee from Presbitero Herrera Torres, who farms three hectares in the village of San Francisco in the Huabal district of Peru, working mainly with Caturra alongside some old Typica plants. After harvest the cherries ferment overnight, are depulped and fermented for around 24 more hours in tank, then washed and sun-dried on tarps for 10 to 15 days.
