Produced by Fabián Murcia at Finca Las Guineas in Huila, this Pink Bourbon is grown at around 1,900 masl in volcanic soils. Cherries are selectively picked at peak ripeness, then fully washed with extended fermentation and slow drying to build clarity and structure.
