Finca Santa Cruz, located in Chiapas’ El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, was founded in 1956 and revitalized in 2013 by the Argüello family. This coffee features the Typica and Bourbon varieties, known for their balance of elegant acidity and sweetness, processed using the honey method for a clean cup with added sweetness.
