Guadalupe Bautista is a smallholder producer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Her farm, Finca Alejandrina, is 14 hectares in size, with over 13 hectares planted with coffee. The coffee is picked ripe, depulped the same day, and fermented for 40 hours before being washed and dried.
