The Caballero family has a long history of producing exceptional coffee in Honduras. Fabio Caballero Jr, a fifth-generation producer, founded Finca La Salvaje, which is planted with Geisha and Java. This coffee was the highest-scoring lot in the 2025 Honduras Cup of Excellence.
